1. Information We Collect
Account info (display name, username, profile photo via Google Sign-In), dare content, device FCM token, and anonymous analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We do NOT collect: Location, contacts, call logs, browsing history, financial or biometric data.
2. Anonymity Guarantee
Recipients cannot see who sent a dare. Sender identity is stored only for moderation. IPs are SHA-256 hashed for rate limiting only. Timestamps are fuzzed to prevent correlation attacks.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (Appwrite, Firebase, Cloudflare) and law enforcement when legally required under Indian law.
4. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Email help@darez.app to exercise these rights.
5. Security
All data encrypted via TLS 1.3. Server-side validation, rate limiting, and content moderation enforced.
6. Children
Darez is for users 13+. Data from children under 13 will be immediately deleted upon discovery.
7. Cookies
No tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection only.
